I believe in the power of collective visualization. Practicing a ritual of visualization by setting intentions of what we want to attract is the ultimate method of empowerment. I believe the energy that we put out and the energy that we allow our senses to take in is responsible for the manifestations in the world.

EWG & Skin Deep is committed to invest in research and education to protect the health of future generations. Since 1993, the Environmental Working Group has shined a spotlight on outdated legislation, harmful agricultural practices and industry loopholes that pose a risk to our health and the health of our environment. I love their Skin Deep research platform which helps consumers learn about the safety of individual beauty products and ingredients.
